GENERAL PROGRAM FORMAT

UDJAA Field Hockey is an instructional program with a focus on the fundamentals of the game, teaching skills and strategy through drills and small field scrimmages. We schedule Play Days throughout the season with outside field hockey clubs. These typically occur during our regularly scheduled Sunday time. 
 

2025 SEASON INFORMATION

• Dates: Sunday, September 7- Sunday, October 26 
• Time:
  • Grades K-1  Sundays  1:00-2:00pm (new format this year)
  • Grades 2-8    Sundays 1:00-3:00pm 
• Location: SPARK Fields 
• Registration Fee:
  • Grades K-1 $65
  • Grades 2-8 $95
  • Registration closes September 1

TEAMS  

• Girls are divided into teams within 3 age groups: 
  • K/1st;  2nd-4th grade; 5th-8th grade 
• Each team is coached by Upper Dublin High School Varsity & JV players.  
   

EQUIPMENT  

• All players need to bring their own hockey stick, ball, shin guards, sneakers; mouth guard and water bottle to each session.
